  • How do I reserve a room at a Crown Center hotel?

    The Crown Center hotels are independently operated, so we are unable to handle reservations. You can contact The Westin Kansas City at 816-474-4400 or the Sheraton Kansas City at 816-841-1000 for reservations or information.

  • Will Crown Center make a donation to our school, youth or charitable organization?

    Please submit a request in writing on your organization’s letterhead to Crown Center Customer Service, 2450 Grand Blvd., Suite 230, Kansas City, MO, 64108. You may also fax your request to 816-545-6955. Please include your organization’s 501(c)(3) documentation. Requests submitted through the “Contact Us” page of this website will not be processed.

  • Can you send me a Crown Center brochure?

    We’d love to! You can request a copy of our brochure from the Contact Us page (be sure to include your mailing address) or click here for a downloadable PDF.

  • Where can I buy a Mayor’s Christmas Tree ornament?

    Mayor’s Christmas Tree ornaments are sold exclusively at Crown Center Customer Service. You’ll find it on Level 2 of the Crown Center Shops.

  • How can our choir get on the schedule to sing at Crown Center?

    Please contact Crown Center Customer Service at 816-274-7251 to inquire about the choir program. 

  • Who do I speak with about opening a store at Crown Center?

  • Does Crown Center have a Lost and Found?

    Yes! If you think you’ve lost an item at Crown Center, call Crown Center Customer Service at 816-274-7251 or Crown Center Security at 816-274-8484. Both offices hold lost and found items and are happy to help.

  • Does Crown Center sell gift cards?

    You may purchase a Crown Center Gift Card at Customer Service, Level 2, online or by calling 816-274-7251 during Shop Hours. Crown Center Gift Cards may be used at any Crown Center shop, restaurant, attraction or hotel, including SEA LIFE Kansas City Aquarium and LEGOLAND® Discovery Center. The American and The Electronics Store do not accept Crown Center Gift Cards.

    Crown Center Gift Cards are issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC. No Cash Access. Funds do not expire.

  • How much is parking at Crown Center?

    Please see our Parking page for parking garage rates.

  • Can I access WiFi at Crown Center?

    Yes! Free WiFi is available in the Crown Center Shops Atrium and on Crown Center Square. Various shops, restaurants, attractions and Crown Center hotels also offer WiFi access. Contact them directly for more information.

  • Are wheelchairs or strollers available for rent?

    Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available for rent at Crown Center Customer Service, Level 2 of the Crown Center Shops.  

  • When are the Crown Center Shops open?

    Regular Shop Hours are Monday–Saturday, 10 am–6 pm, and Sunday, noon–5 pm.  Please check with an individual business for extended hours by calling or visiting their page in our Directory.

    Closed:  New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

  • Are there any job openings at the Crown Center Shops?

    The shops and restaurants at Crown Center are independently owned and operated. Applications may be obtained at individual shops or restaurants.

  • Where can I get details about Crown Center festivals and other events?

    You can check out the Events page of our website for the latest information. Or call our Information Line at 816-274-8444.

  • Can I have my wedding at Crown Center Square?

    If you are interested in having your wedding at Crown Center Square, please contact us. You may also want to consider The American, the Sheraton Kansas City or The Westin Kansas City as potential wedding locations. 

  • Can we bring our own food and drinks to the WeekEnder?

    You may bring food and nonalcoholic drinks to the WeekEnder. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased at the event. Food trucks are on site at the event. Please no glass containers.

  • We’re bringing a school group to Crown Center. Where can our bus park?

    Bus parking is available along Warwick Trafficway between 26th and 27th Streets, as well as along McGee Street Trafficway north of 26th Street.  Download this map for more information.

  • Is there a good place to hold my child’s birthday party at Crown Center?

    There are a lot of fun options for children’s birthday parties at Crown Center. Burnt End BBQFritz’s Railroad Restaurant, SPIN! Pizza and UNFORKED are entertaining places to eat. LEGOLAND® Discovery Center and SEA LIFE Aquarium also offer party packages. In addition, limited space is sometimes available in the Crown Center Shops Atrium or Crown Center Square on a first-come, first-served basis for those purchasing food and beverage from our merchants.

  • Who do I call about bringing a group to the Crown Center Ice Terrace?

  • Where can I find information about the SEA LIFE Kansas City Aquarium and LEGOLAND® Discovery Center?

    For SEA LIFE information, go to Visit SEA LIFE. For details about LEGOLAND® Discovery Center, visit LEGOLAND Discovery Center. The phone number for both is 816-471-4FUN. Please note that both attractions are independently owned and operated, so we are unable to address questions regarding ticketing, promotions, etc.

  • How can I become a supplier for Merlin Entertainments or apply for a job at SEA LIFE or LEGOLAND® Discovery Center?
