Late yesterday we learned that felony charges had been filed against two persons in the January 17th incident.
We are incredibly grateful to those who have worked to bring the charges that were filed, including the Kansas City Police Department and the Jackson County’s Prosecutor’s office. It is clear an incredible amount of time, attention to detail and hard work have been dedicated by so many to reach this outcome. We extend our deepest gratitude to all who have put so much effort into this investigation. We are grateful for and proud of our Crown Center Security team and their responsiveness, as well as our merchants for their patience as this investigation has taken place.
