  • Who owns Crown Center?

    Crown Center is owned by Crown Center Redevelopment Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Inc.

  • Who is responsible for the day-to-day management of Crown Center?

    Kessinger/Hunter Management, Inc., a nationally recognized real estate management firm with headquarters at Crown Center, manages the complex on a day-to-day basis. Kessinger/Hunter’s onsite management staff responds to every tenant call.

  • What kind of security can I expect at Crown Center?

    The Crown Center Security Department is staffed by a team of security professionals, and is a division of The Kessinger/Hunter Mgmt. Inc., which provides the property management function for the complex. With a state-of-the-art security system and large professional security staff, Crown Center Security patrols the Crown Center office complex, as well as the retail center, parking garage systems and outdoor areas, including Crown Center Square. Crown Center Security also works closely with the other security departments that operate within the complex neighborhood.

    Assistance buttons are located throughout the complex, putting Crown Center visitors in immediate contact with Security. Cameras located at these areas make customers seeking assistance visible as well as audible to security dispatchers. Elevators have two-way communication systems with the security dispatcher for safety of guests.

    We also provide a number of services to customers and guests to the complex, including (but not limited to) airing tires, jump-starting vehicles and escorting employees and guests to their vehicles upon request.

    Crown Center Security operates 24/7, 365 days a year.

  • What is the parking like at Crown Center?

    Several parking options at different pricing levels, are available at Crown Center. Each office building has attached, covered parking. The parking garages are monitored and patrolled by Crown Center Security.

  • Are there health and fitness facilities available at Crown Center?

    Crown Center Fitness opened on the 3rd level of the 2480 building in November, 2017. Membership is open to employees of office tenants in 2301 McGee, 2405 Grand, 2600 Grand and 2400 - 2480 Pershing. Crown Center Fitness is operated in partnership with Corporate Fitness Works, a leader in wellness and fitness management. The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center's health club offers modern equipment and facilities, a swimming pool and is directly connected via The Link to the office buildings.
