• When are the Crown Center Shops open?

    Regular shop hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Some shops and restaurants have extended hours.

    2017 Holiday Shopping Hours (November 24 - December 23):
    Monday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
    Sunday, 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.

    Open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Christmas Eve.

    Open 12 noon - 5 p.m. on New Year's Eve.

    Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day

  • Does Crown Center sell gift certificates?

    Of course! Call our Customer Service office at 816-274-7251. Certificates are redeemable at any Crown Center shop, restaurant, SEA LIFE, LEGOLAND® Discovery Center or hotel.

  • How much does parking cost at Crown Center?

    Three hours of FREE parking is available in our retail parking garage with a validation slip from any Crown Center shop or restaurant. You can get an extra three FREE hours when you have $25 or more in same-day receipts from any Crown Center shop or restaurant. Show your receipts at Crown Center Customer Service and receive a six-hour validation slip. (Receipts are not accepted at the parking gate, so be sure to validate your ticket at Crown Center Customer Service before you leave.)

    When you are ready to leave take your parking garage entrance ticket and validation slip to any pay-on-foot kiosk or garage exit station and follow these 4 easy steps:

    1. Insert your parking entrance ticket.
    2. Scan your parking validation slip.
    3. Pay any balance amount due.
    4. Remove your validated entrance ticket and proceed to your car to exit the garage.

    The validated entrance ticket is valid for a limited time - about 15 minutes - and should only be processed when you are ready to leave the garage.

    1 - 2 Hrs: $9.00

  • Are there any job openings at the Crown Center Shops?

    Crown Center Shops and Restaurants are independently owned and operated. Applications may be obtained at the shops or restaurants.

  • Is there a good place to hold my child’s birthday party at Crown Center?

    Crayola Café and Fritz’s Railroad Restaurant are great for birthday parties. LEGOLAND Discovery Center and SEA LIFE Aquarium also offer party packages.

    In addition, limited space is sometimes available in the Crown Center Shops atrium or on Crown Center Square, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Where can our bus park when we bring our school group to Crown Center?

    There are several surface lots available for bus parking to the south of the Crown Center Shops, east of the 27th and Grand Blvd. intersection.

  • Where can I access WiFi at Crown Center?

    You can enjoy FREE WiFi in the Crown Center Shops Atrium and on Crown Center Square. (Courtesy of WAN, 1-800-WAN-WIFI, option 1.) Various shops, restaurants, attractions and Crown Center's hotels also offer WiFi access. Contact them directly for more information.
