FAQs

  • When are the Crown Center Shops open?

    Regular shop hours are Monday to Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Thursday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Some shops and restaurants have extended hours.

  • Does Crown Center sell gift certificates?

    Of course! You can purchase a gift certificate online or call our Customer Service office at 816-274-7251. Certificates are redeemable at any Crown Center shop, restaurant, SEA LIFE, LEGOLAND Discovery Center or hotel.

  • How much does parking cost at Crown Center?

    Three hours of FREE parking are available in our retail parking garage, with a ticket validation from any Crown Center shop or restaurant. You can get an extra three FREE hours when you have $25 or more in same-day receipts from any Crown Center shop or restaurant. Show your receipts at Crown Center Customer Service and your ticket will be stamped for the extra three hours. (Receipts are not accepted at the parking gate, so be sure to validate your ticket at Crown Center Customer Service before you leave.)

    Beyond these options, here are the standard parking rates:<br>

    0 - 1/2 Hr: $4.50

    1/2 - 1 Hr: $6.50

    1 - 2 Hrs: $7.50

    2 - 3 Hrs: $8.50

    3 - 4 Hrs: $9.50

    4 - 5 Hrs: $10.50

    5 - 6 Hrs: $11.50

    6 - 24 Hrs: $16.00

    Lost Ticket Charge: $15.00

  • Are there any job openings at the Crown Center Shops?

    The shops and restaurants are independently owned and operated. Many of them post job openings on our Jobs page. Otherwise, please contact them directly.

  • Where can I access WiFi at Crown Center?

    You can enjoy FREE WiFi in the Crown Center Shops Atrium and on Crown Center Square. (Courtesy of CTC Wireless, 816-842-0606.) Various shops, restaurants, attractions and Crown Center's hotels also offer WiFi access. Contact them directly for more information.

The Money Museum at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City (located at 1 Memorial Dr.) offers a wealth of opportunities to explore the nation's financial system and the functions of the Federal Reserve.

  • This free, walk-in experience allows you to see interactive exhibits, millions of dollars in the region's largest cash vault and design your own digital currency, complete with your photo.
  • Staff is available to answer your questions about the Money Museum or the Federal Reserve.
  • For walk-in groups of 20 or more, please contact the Money Museum prior to your arrival so they may best accommodate your visit.
