Deliveries and Mail

We know that getting deliveries and mail efficiently is an important part of doing business.

Check below for the specific hours and delivery procedures for each of our buildings.

2301 McGee

The delivery dock is on the Gillham Road (east) side of the building. Vendors should contact the security officer stationed at the dock, or ring the doorbell located to the west of the dock door. A telephone is at the dock to notify tenant of their delivery. Very large or lengthy deliveries should be coordinated with dock security and the property manager.

  • Freight elevator hours are 7 am–6 pm and after 6 pm with approval.
  • Mail pick-up is at 2:00 pm, Monday–Friday

2405 Grand

Deliveries are made through the east entrance of the building, which is accessible through the Pershing Office Building garage. Very large or lengthy deliveries should be coordinated with the building receptionist.

  • Freight elevator hours are 9:30–11:30 am, 1:30–4:30 pm, and after 6 pm with prior approval. No moving or deliveries are allowed through the building lobby.
  • Mail is delivered to post office boxes on Level B1 by 2 pm, Monday–Friday. Mail pick-up is at 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

2600 Grand

The delivery dock is on the Main Street (west) side of the building. Vendors should arrive at the dock and notify the building receptionist or security by ringing the doorbell on the north side of the dock door. A phone is at the dock to notify tenants of their delivery. Very large or lengthy deliveries should be coordinated with the building receptionist.  

  • Freight elevator hours are 7 am–6 pm, and after 6 pm with prior approval. The elevator is out of service for preventative maintenance every Wednesday from 11 am–noon. No deliveries are allowed through the building lobby.
  • Mail is delivered to post office boxes on the Mezzanine by 11:30 am, Monday–Friday. Mail pick-up is at 5 pm, Monday–Friday.
