Frequently Asked Questions
How will attendees get from one hotel to the other?
The hotels are connected at the meeting room level by a climate-controlled, elevated pedestrian walkway, The Link, which allows attendees year-round easy access between the hotels, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues throughout the Crown Center complex.

Can you offer joint reservation forms?
To minimize your paperwork, DCC offers joint credit applications, reservation forms, resumes and pre-convention meetings.

What can you tell me about AV equipment, two-way radios and video links?
We house a complete inventory of audio-visual and video equipment/services.

To provide easy communications for meeting planners, DCC provides six two-way radios free of charge. We also offer direct dialing between hotels and an affordable closed-circuit TV channel to reach attendees with targeted information.

Through a fiber optic link between the hotels, a group can utilize the two distinct ballrooms for one event. This fiber optic link sends a signal that carries the sound and video image to the other ballroom, enabling guests in both to attend and participate in a presentation.
